GrantsLS

Find grants your organization is actually eligible for.

Tell GrantsLS what kind of organization you are and what you do. We check every live grant on Grants.gov — and, for California organizations, the California Grants Portal — against your eligibility first — ineligible grants never reach you — then rank what's left by mission fit and watch the closing dates for you.

1,614 live grants indexed (posted and forecasted) — 1,466 federal from Grants.gov + 148 California state grants, matched against the same profile · catalog last refreshed 2026-10-28 11:45 UTC.

Eligibility first

Every grant lists who may apply. We check your organization type against that list before anything else — no more falling for a perfect grant you were never allowed to touch.

Explainable matching

Every grant gets a relevance score with the reasons spelled out — funding-area overlap, your keywords, your mission, the programs you follow. No black box.

Track your applications

Saved → Researching → Drafting → Submitted → Awarded. Notes, internal deadlines, and follow-up tasks on every application — plus alerts at 7, 3, and 1 days before a closing date.

How it works

1. Create an account and describe your organization — its type (nonprofit, small business, tribal, school…), its mission, and the funding areas you work in.
2. We sync the full Grants.gov catalog — plus California state grants for California organizations — every day and score each grant against your profile, eligibility first.
3. You get a digest of new matches and reminders before closing dates. Track the ones you pursue.

Forecasted grants, too

Agencies publish many grants months before they open. GrantsLS tracks the forecasted ones alongside the live postings, so you can prepare instead of scrambling.
